Delaying class due to an upcoming holiday

We don't always delay a class when there's a holiday. There are times we hold classes, especially if most students are able to attend the class.

If most students will not be able to attend due to an upcoming holiday, the student support specialist will gather the names of paid and unpaid students for the particular program, plus those who tried the class and might join.

Inform the above students and ff that class will be delayed:

• Whatsapp info

• SMS blast to registered and unpaid - and officially enrolled

• Send an email to all

• Studio has to know

• Website should be updated

• Instructor should know too
