Onboarding a new instructor before they teach a program

Policy: Whenever we have a new instructor or a new studio that we're paying, before we send them a single payment, we need to receive either a W-9 form. If they don't want to send a W-9 form, they can send confirmation that they are a C-Corporation or an S-Corporation, or an LLC that has elected to be taxed as a corporation for an S-Corporation. Just a regular LLC is not enough to be exempt. If it's a regular LLC, they still need to send a W-9.

Training:

Our instructors will have to finish a course for their onboarding. Student support specialist to give them the link so they may access it.
