Setting up attendance tracker for a new program (Google Sheet)

UPDATE:

As of September 2023, we are using a web app developed through Zoho Creator to track attendance.

Instructions for our Support Specialist:

• We’ll implement a new Attendance Tracking System. Watch this to see how to update our attendance tracking sheets: How to update class attendance sheet

• Use your mas email to access the attendance sheets for Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and all other areas here: Attendance Sheets

• Make sure that everything is prepared before Day 1 of a new program.

• Check the attendance sheets weekly so we won’t miss any student names.

• Go to the MaS Instructors page to see how you should guide our instructors when they’re about to start new programs
