Sending Day 0 Reminders / Pre-Class Messages

Below are content templates our student support specialist sends to our students who are enrolled in a program that's about to start. If program still has space, we also send the Day 0 reminders to "unpaid registrations".
Schedule to send it a day before their Day 1 of class at 7:30am (for emails) and 8:30am (for SMS).
Update: On September 19, 2024, DK instructed that the original SMS message be sent as an email, as it is too long for SMS. Note: the text in the double quotation mark are subject to change. You can duplicate the template to do the necessary changes for each program.
Easily schedule email on Zoho CRM:
Zoho CRM > Settings > Templates > “LA: Important: Info for Your Dance Class Tomorrow! - (specific program)”
(Do this on Zoho CRM using Mass Email feature using the support@mas email.)

Get excited! Tomorrow is day 1 of your dance program!

Tomorrow is day 1 of your salsa/bachata dance program!
Hey ${Students.First Name},
Get excited for Day 1 of your "Salsa 101 Sundays" program tomorrow, "September 22nd at The Balcony on Beverwil!"
"This program filled 100% nearly 2 weeks in advance. Congrats on getting in! Come with a smile and an open mind. Although we’ll be using every bit of space in the room, this means high energy, more fun and lots of future dance friends :)"
Please arrive by "4:35pm" if possible to get checked in.
Shoes:
Dance shoes required. See members area for shoe information and discounts.
Clothing:
Anything comfortable works.
