Using Filters in Zoho CRM

We have thousands of student records in our database so it's easy to get lost if you don't know what criteria you're looking for. Student support and operations support to watch this video to know how to use filters in Zoho CRM.





Note:

Because team members are sharing a single Zoho account, there are times when the student list is left in a custom view. Make it a habit to check first if the current view is "All Students" before applying any filter.
