Verifying payments from students

Students are able to send us their payment in 5 ways:
Bank Card (Stripe)
When people register, they are automatically directed to either of these pages. We use "Stripe" as our payment gateway so we can process their card transactions.

When students say they'd like to pay us through their bank card, we tell them "If you're fine with the 3% card processing fee on top of the $399, sure! Here's the link to do the card payment: {link}"

Venmo (mobile app)
Venmo @moveshakedance (last four of phone are 4006 for verification).

Zelle (mobile app)
Send Zelle payment to MaS Dance, LLC at 310-595-4006.

Gift Card Redemption
They register using a code. To verify, we check Zoho CRM and Gift Card Purchase Submissions.

Cashapp (mobile app, as of September 2023, we have disabled this option)
Send Cash App payment to @dannykalman. For Cashapp payments, we'll need to manually confirm with Danny.
Where to check
The student support specialist can verify that their payment was received when we get a confirmation email to crm@moversandshakersdance.com or info@moversandshakersdance.com (accessed through dancewithmoversandshakers@gmail.com)

You can also do a cross-reference with the payment submissions in the Registration Sheet.

In case we don't see any confirmation email from a student and yet the student claims he's already sent it, we typically ask for the screenshot of the successful transfer so we can verify the transaction by checking the email again, or asking Danny.
